Our Rare Native Breed - Gloucester Old Spot - Half A Pig Box includes the following -

2 x Shoulder joints - boned & rolled (approx 1.5kg to 2kg per joint)

Shoulder steaks (approx 6 good sized steaks, packed in pairs)

Thick cut pork chops (approx 20 - 24 x chops, packed in 2 x chops per pack)

1 x Leg joint - boned and rolled (approx 1.5kg to 2kg per joint)

Leg steaks/escalopes (approx 6, packed in pairs)

Tenderloin fillet x 1 (whole)

Diced pork - 2 x 500g packs

Belly slices - 2 x 500g packs

Sausages - 4 x packs of 6 sausages (please let us know if you require gluten free sausages)

Pork Mince - 2 x 500g packs

Kidney (please let us know if you want it)

Trotters (please let us know if you want them)
