Our Rare Native Breed - Gloucester Old Spot - Half A Pig Box includes the following -
1 x Shoulder/leg joint - boned & rolled (approx 1.5kg to 2kg)
Shoulder steaks (approx 3 good sized steaks)
Thick cut pork chops (approx 10 - 12 chops, packed in 2 x chops per pack)
Leg steaks/escalopes (approx 3)
Diced pork - 1 x 500g pack
Belly slices - 1 x 500g pack
Sausages - 2 x packs of 6 sausages (please let us know if you require gluten free sausages)
Pork mince - 1 x 500g pack
